USCIS has stated the dates for early filing chart can be used for all employment and family categories, except for family-based F2A (Spouses and children of Permanent Residents) who must use the final action dates chart. As F2A is current for those born in all countries, so this is good news.
There is no change in November 2020 from the final action dates chart or dates for early filing chart for family based cases in October 2020.
In the employment-based final action charts::
- there EB-1 China and India have moved forward by six months from Jun 1, 2018 to Dec 1, 2018.
- EB-2 China has moved forward from March 1, 2016 to April 22, 2016.
- EB-2 India has moved forward from September 1, 2009 to September 22, 2009.
- EB-3 China professionals and skilled workers has moved forward from July 1, 2017 to Oct 1, 2017.
- EB-2 India professionals, skilled workers, and other workers has moved forward from January 15, 2010 to March 1, 2010.
- EB-3 China other workers has moved forward from Dec 1, 2008 to Jan 1, 2009.
- EB-4 El-Salvador has moved forward from Aug 1, 2017 to Nov 1, 2017.
- EB-4 Mexico has moved forward from Sep 1, 2018 to Oct 15, 2018.
- EB-4 El-Salvador religious workers has moved forward from unavailable to Nov 1, 2017.
- EB-4 Mexico religious workers has moved forward from unavailable to Oct 15, 2018.
- EB-4 religious workers for all areas except Mexico and El -Salvador has moved forward from unavailable to current.
- No change in EB-5 for non-regional centers. Regional centers has become current for all area except for china (15 Aug 2015) and Vietnam 15 Aug 2017).
The only change in the employment based early filing chart is that EB-3 other workers for China has moved forward from Oct 1, 2008 to May 1, 2009.
