Immigration policy is changing faster than at any point in recent memory — and how a case is prepared today should account for what the government did yesterday. This tracker reports those changes as they happen, from primary sources only: USCIS, the Federal Register, the Department of State, the Department of Labor, EOIR, and the courts. Each entry links to the official source so you can read it yourself.

Entries are factual reports, not legal advice. How a change affects your case depends on your facts — book a consultation to discuss yours. For deeper analysis of major developments, see our blog.
